How to wash/clean a backpack in washing machine

Needed to wash a couple of backpacks I purchased off craigslist last week.  I looked around and couldn't find any videos on how to wash a backpack.  So just using some strategy came up with this process that did work and didn't put the bags in peril.  I am happy with the results and would recommend a similar procedure.
