Hilleberg Tent Tip - Door Zipper Tension Band

One of the problems that Hilleberg customer service told me came in from time to time was the zipper failure on some of the doors.  On some of the tents there is a door band that is set at the proper distance to provide a taut tent when pitched, but still able to zip and unzip the door.  If the band gets too loose or is unattached, there can be way too much stress on the zipper.  That is why there is a band.
